WHO WE ARE: At Essentially You, we specialize in treating a particular subset of women’s issues. Urogynecologist Terri-Ann Samuels, MD FACOG is a highly-trained, board-certified urogynecologist/FPMRS surgeon. She uses her expertise every day to help women suffering from issues such as urinary leakage, and fallen bladder/rectum/vagina/uterus and vaginal disfigurement. She can assist even if prior surgeries have failed.

WHAT WE DO: We help women with a wide range of health issues to improve their health and day-to-day functioning. Dr. Samuels offers surgical and non-surgical services in the fields of urogynecology, pelvic surgery, and vaginal surgery and rejuvenation for aesthetic and functional reasons. We offer complete workups for our patients and their referring doctors. Our surgeries/procedures are quick, and many can be done on an outpatient basis.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:  As a urogynecologist, Dr. Samuels takes on the duties of four different specialists: gynecologist, urologist, colorectal and aesthetic surgeon. Because of this, she can offer the most complete slate of women’s health and surgical services.

This personalized approach allows the time required to comfortably and openly discuss your personal situation.
